What should I do if I was charged incorrectly?

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please wait at least 24 hours, as sometimes failed or duplicate payments may be automatically reversed by the system.

If the charge is still there after 24 hours, email us at support@spacumtv.com with:

  • The email address you used to sign up
  • A screenshot or details of the transaction
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll investigate it right away and help resolve the problem.
