What does “Channel Not Available” mean and how do I fix it?

If you see a “Channel Not Available” error, it’s usually because your device’s token has expired.

To fix it:

  1. Unplug your device from power, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in.
  2. Restart the app and try again.

This error happens because our streams are tokenized for security and expire after some time. To avoid this in the future, it’s best to:

  • Turn off the app or device after each use
  • Reboot your device before watching again for a fresh token
