If you see a “Channel Not Available” error, it’s usually because your device’s token has expired.
To fix it:
- Unplug your device from power, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in.
- Restart the app and try again.
This error happens because our streams are tokenized for security and expire after some time. To avoid this in the future, it’s best to:
- Turn off the app or device after each use
- Reboot your device before watching again for a fresh token
